Long time not seeing a Hong Kong movie with large product with so many actors/actresses performing and also a lot of CG. Although the plot is a bit not realistic, it is still acceptable to watch this movie as joining an exciting adventure. The story is about some poisonious materials are stored in the forbidden carts in the Northern area of HK. When there was a great fire, the materials were leaked and the firemen has to put out the fire and find out what are those things. With the fighting of firemen, there was also a quarrel in the Government as one way was trying to evade the people there and another was underestimating the effect. At the same time, a typhoon was coming and when the materials contacted water, it would poison almost the whole Hong Kong! There was a lot of CG showing the consequence if the worst happens, and the explosion to cover the materials. Andy is acting like himself again, and the relationship with another main actor is okay. The last scene where 3 firemen were sacrified was a bit touching but still not understand why Jeffrey needed to go down... Not bad but can be a lot better.
