Surprised that no one wrote any comment, I definitively feel obliged to go on for my dime... : I love Bruno Bozzeto's work !
Mr Bruno Bozzeto, unfortunately for those who don't know him and his work,is a very strong and talented animated shorts/pictures Italian creator.
He created hundreds (mostly shorts) animations, witty, funny, sensitive, touching, sharp and very relevant and well observed of all us, Human, since 40 years.
Someone not to be missed, if you're not only a Disney type...
This Looo is a smart and perfect example of his kind of humour and spirit !
I suggest you, and in fact without the least hesitation even strongly advise you to see his :
Allegro non troppo (1977), (Italian version : 85', or US 75's version) which among animated movies is perhaps my favorite since I saw it, when it came out...
