Very good.

And who was that said that all you need is two hours to make a good film? In its 13 minutes "Sergeant Slaughter, My Big Brother" goes to show so much more depth and interest than any feature film out there.

Here comes a strangely funny story about two brothers and their relationship that is about to be changed when the older one decides to join the French legion leaving the younger behind to take care of his family and to defend himself from a bully. Tom Hardy plays Dan, the tough guy who is a little reluctant in going abroad for military training (he's going without his parents know about it), but he keeps training himself all day long and helps his young brother Keith (Ben Macleod) with his problems with this bully of whom we don't know why he attacks the poor boy.

In conclusion what we get here is a story about learning on how to take care of difficult things and to take care of them by yourself, leaving fear behind. That's what both characters try to do. Sounds silly but when you watch the film you'll end up liking it and having a great time with such message and its humorous moments (sometimes not intended to be this way but the laughs come out anyway).

Highly recommended for Tom Hardy fans, who have the chance of seeing him appearing naked right on the first scene. WOW! A really impressive and well made short film. 10/10
