Delightful.

This Irish film is very short and very sweet. The only reason I don't score it higher is that it is so short.

The film begins with a postman trying to write the perfect letter to a woman...but he keeps starting over again as his dog looks on. When he finally gets the perfect letter asking the lady out, he then goes to deliver it...and things get more complicated. It seems that the lady has a dog that attacks the poor postman whenever he tries to deliver this letter. Can he come up with some plan to outsmart this pooch?!

This film has a super-simple plot but it works well because the director, Stephen Ryan, handled it all so nicely. It makes you want to see more of Ryan's work.
