Busty Sienna Day plays the title role, a presenter turned reporter for network HCTV, working hard on a story to uncover corrupt council politician Ben Kelly. Plenty of seduction and entrapment ensues, all an excuse to watch some well-travelled and overly made-up (to look slutty) Brit babes.
Story is poorly developed, and very sloppy indeed is the use of a key dialog on the phone scene set-up involving Kelly and a colleague in crime Kai Taylor, which is played twice, but with the associated sex scenes (Kai humping the great Blue Angel, and Kelly having sex with Carmel Anderson) presented out of order. It's the sort of slapdash approach that separates DiSanto on autopilot work from his superior features made once upon a time for daring!
