This film makes me feel good in a similar way to Napoleon Dynamite. It's not really about anything other than the day to day lives of some goofy and not so intelligent characters and how they latch on to a little bit of excitement in the form of a missing person from the neighborhood but that's what makes it a gem. Not every film needs to make some huge statement or have some hidden, deeper message. This is a strong cast of future heavy hitters from before several of them stepped into wider spread fame. If you love the Sopranos then several faces in this one will pleasantly surprise you and if you don't this one might still entertain you nonetheless. It's silly as can be but I found myself laughing out loud at several points and there are only a handful of films which have ever accomplished that. It's a fun time if nothing else and who doesn't need a little of that in today's world....
