Fareb review :
The Shetty sisters teamed up with Manoj Bajpayee in this Deepak Tijori directed erotic thriller which didn't set the box office on fire despite the ample sizzle and oomph factor. Shilpa played Manoj's wifey while Shamita was the seductress he ends up in bed with..
Manoj Bajpayee, an otherwise first rate actor, looked ill at ease in the love making scenes with Shamita and that really pulled the film a few notches down. Clearly, the role demanded someone like Emraan Hashmi instead of the awkward Bajpayee. Shamita has looked absolutely gorgeous and sexy in the movie and that remains its only plus point. Notable also for a small role by Milind Gunaji who had debuted with its namesake Fareb (1996) as the antagonist. That film, also a thriller, is actually far better than this one.
