Saw this at a film festival not long ago. The film is excellent. A lunchtime Alcoholics Anonymous meeting is in session at the historical John Street Methodist Church in the financial district of downtown New York City. Bill, a crippled atheist and highly successful N. Y. stockbroker, is in attendance after a recent car accident the night before while drinking and driving has injured an 8-year old girl and critically injured her father. He encounters a mysterious presence who catapults him down a rabbit hole of repressed memories, and regret. Story is well-written, acting is exquisite and editing is professional. I urge everyone to see this masterpiece.
