Hakui no Senshi (literally "Warriors in White Uniforms") is a very energetic drama covering several topics. From Males becoming Nurses, Younger Romance, relationships between older women and even divorcees.. all wrapped up around very simplistic Hospital stories that tend to lean into a more emotional delivery. The core of the show is the female pair of Ayami Nakajou and Asami Mizukawa. One being overly-enthusiastic and exaggerated (a role she seems to be doing well with) and a more mature, yet still very charming senior.
It's an easy recommendation, because this is one of those long-episode series (50 min each, total of 10) where the first episode feels like a short movie, giving you a very well executed and complete experience. And while every episode doesn't break new ground, the circumstances provides a great context for developing all these characters thoroughly. If you seek more complex relationships, this might not be for you.. because it is quite vanilla, in my opinion. But it is nevertheless good.
