This is a good Season 15 episode: Festus has to deliver a wagon and supplies to someone named Royce. Festus is surprised to learn Royce is a woman, Athena Royce (Eileen Heckert). She is arriving to set up a mission school for the Kiowa. However, there are some hillbillies (led by Barry Atwater) who have plans for Miss Royce's wagon. Festus is always shocked at Royce's luck. Until it seems to run out.
