"A Shattered Diamond" is a heart-wrenching and deeply moving story about loss, grief, and healing. The performances by the cast, led by Lou DeNardo and Tyler Winfield, are emotionally charged and authentic, bringing the characters' pain and struggles to life. The supporting cast of Jenny Boswell, Bre'Ana Nix, Emily Bishop-Bosu, and Nick Earl also deliver excellent performances, adding depth and nuance to the story.

Nick Muhlbach's direction and editing are masterful, creating a sense of intimacy and vulnerability that draws the audience into the characters' lives. The writing by Lou DeNardo is poignant and thought-provoking, exploring complex themes with sensitivity and honesty.

The score by Nate Muhlbach is hauntingly beautiful and perfectly complements the tone of the film, underscoring the emotional journey of the characters.

While the film is heavy and at times difficult to watch, it ultimately offers a message of hope and resilience. "A Shattered Diamond" is a powerful reminder of the importance of friendship, love, and the human capacity to overcome tragedy.

My only critique is that some of the pacing in the middle of the film felt a bit slow, which detracted slightly from the overall impact. However, this is a minor criticism in an otherwise outstanding film.

Overall, "A Shattered Diamond" is a must-see for anyone who appreciates raw, honest storytelling and exceptional filmmaking. Highly recommended.
