Dirch Passer without a doubt was the best comedy actor in Denmark. His problem in a long career, was the movie scripts. They simply wasn't good enough, didn't match his high standard. He did a lot of films, but very few was really good.
This here is one of them. He plays the part of Jens, an import/export boss, and a millionaire. He's married to the world known pianist Marlene. They have lived apart for the last two years, but never divorced.
Jens is living the wild playboy life. One day on a shooting range he is hit in the head with a clay pigeon. As a result he loses his memory.
The race is on, Jens gotta get his memory back. The honor of the success of this film, doesn't only belong to Dirch Passer. Two other parts were really well played. Axel Strøbye played the manager of Marlene and Paul Hagen played the butler of Jens.
