With out a doubt...one of the best B grade movies of all time. Big call I know but its not without merit.
The action throughout is much better than average for this level of movie.
Dolph appears to display some levels of personality.
The humour/ one liners work well enough
The effects are solid for the day.
The 'buddy' fits the profile perfectly.
He has the girl and the car and the disdain for authority.
The best part that I loved when I first saw it and still loved when I re watched it in 2023...the CD. Such a creatively clever idea. You will see what I mean.
