I saw this movie had bad reviews before watching. While watching it I kept waiting for the part that was bad. I didn't find it...
I don't know why it has got so much hâte I don't know what people were expecting. It seems that everyone loves comparing everything with everything else. Can we not just take things as they are any more? Forget the rest of studio ghibli. I löve the fact that the studio is so diverse and make films that vary so much in style.
Beautiful themes. Beautiful animation as always. Strikes a real chord with me and you really end up rooting for Arren by the end.
Can everybody please just learn to be present and mindful and just take things as they are rather than comparing all the time. This would be a great step for humanity.
