a salmon tray

Warning: Spoilers
It is a film for who I am grateful to director and actors and dialoguist . Because , at first sight, in fair terms , precise, defines the tension from a Michelin restaurant. In fact, it i an admirable parable about our mistakes, our reactions front to them , hoping to covering them and the terrible consequences. Not the last , the manner to find the disaster as opportunity, ignoring the pressure of the other.

Pure impressive the fine job of young Lucas Lynggaard. Great his duel against Kasper Leisner. And perfect last part.

A young chef get out of hand a salmon tray in storeroom. And he finds, with support of two colegues, fix the damage. But a significant client is the vulnerable piece of this risky game of apparences.

This is all. And it is , indeed, just beautiful.
