Based on a couple of mates stumbling through life in suburban Auckland, this is easily one of the top 3 Papakura-based TV series ever.
The writing is pretty sharp, actors are really good and the short episodes require very little padding. It's a great insight to a side of Kiwi culture of the type you don't really see as a visitor, but will be familiar to most who live in NZ.
I found this by accident but really happy I did as it is an understated gem of a programme with a range of believable characters and plenty of laughs. I'm now working my way through the seasons and enjoying it a lot - chur !
