Inertia (IV) (2020)

Provocative sounds fair to define it. A teenager, in his house, in his routine, in an dying world.

Alone.

He hopes than the phonecalls, the glass with water, the sleep and the run are enough for mantain him psichycal normal. But a presence becomes more than obvious in house. It is exactly the presence against he fights day by day. His defeat is sure , after efforts to stop it.

A parable about long term loneliness and its effect. A beautiful short film about the monster inside us - A year, there were people. Now, there are none seems the basic clue in this sense-. A portrait of paranoia.

Certainly, the splendid work of young Aidan LeTendre. And the reference to William Wilson of E. A. Poe.
