Lauren gave nonresponsive Bo a "coma cocktail". The coma cocktail is a bit old school and was intended as a catch all emergency treatment when you didn't know why the patient was unconscious. It included: dextrose for low blood sugar from insulin shock; naloxone for opiate overdoses; flumazenil for Valium overdoses; and thiamine because alcoholism can cause a thiamine deficiency that results in brain damage.

Goofs
While Bo is in her coma, Kenzi sits astride her and places her hand on Bo's chest. Kenzi is then shown taking her hand away. But when the camera angle changes her hand is still on Bo's chest and she takes it away again.
