Hakugei: Legend of the Moby Dick

Hakugei: Legend of Moby Dick is an intresting anime that's inspired by the famous american story named Moby Dick, the story is that Lucky is a boy( who actually turns out to be a girl) who's brother sent out to find Captain Ahab and his crew to help out their independent movement but Captain Ahab agrees to fight for them not because he supports the cause but because he wants to get revenge on the spaceship named Moby Dick for making him lose his left eye and left leg. There are three characters based on the original story like Captain Ahab based on himself, Lucky is based on Ishmael, Barba is based on Queequeg. The Animation is pretty beautiful and the soundtrack is also nice to hear too. The characters are pretty goofy that would love to stick with their own captain but sometimes they get a little bit too close. It is pretty fun to watch and something that you should check out, the story is simple but fun, there are flaws to this anime like the pacing but if you don't mind it just like i do then i think you would enjoy it, I hope you enjoy watching it.
