Plot

In the south of Laos, an American volunteer doctor becomes a fugitive after he intervenes in the sexual assault of a young woman. When the assailant's body is pulled from the Mekong River, things quickly spiral out of control.

A medical practitioner, volunteering in southeast Asia, tries to prevent a woman from being sexually assaulted. What happens as a result, makes him appear to the authorities as the instigator of a crime,, but afraid his story won't be believed, he tries to escape from the police.—john jegan
