Lucky was infatuated with Heath Ledger's performance in Dark Knight during the interrogation scene and wanted to re-create it word for word with other characters in the room instead of Batman. JC Kingsley and Sun & Moon Studios NC suggested an alternate plan of writing original scripts for this parody instead to keep them from being sued by the original film-makers and owners of the character, DC/WB. The scripts are all original and written by JC Kingsley for the series.
