Katie is contacted by a Doctor who is looking to be rescued and one of the Baker's neighbors come knocking at their door.

The clan of teens leave the Baker home and begin their journey to try and rescue friends. The government is zeroing on on Deb.

After the rescue of the Doctor, the group makes their way to what seems to be a safe haven and the communication system in the shelter has become inoperative.

After the death of Naddie, the group begins to slowly fall apart. Chris and E journey out from the shelter in search of more survivors.

Things are beginning to look like they are more sinister than they appear as the group begins to mysteriously lose more members.

Deb and Katie escape from the clutches of Doctor Chris and Agent Burke and are becoming closer as sisters.

Things are getting worse as Deb and Katie are confronted by Special Agent Reynolds who is determined to make an example of the two defiant girls.
