In this Christian film star/director Josiah David Warren plays a young businessman who marries his sweetheart TV reporter Taylor Nichols and then
on their wedding night Nichols is kidnapped by sex traffickers. Warren
goes on a hunt for his missing bride.
Not that she's done anything concrete against any criminals mind you, but her stuff is sensational and the bad guys have hurt feelings. So the head baddie Stephen Baldwin orders her snatched and sold into sex slavery.
Call me crazy, but in real life bad guys would not draw attention to themselves with a move like that. But the rest of the film is split with Warren on the hunt and the bad guys doing their thing.
Sex trafficking is serious business, but don't look here for serious treatment.

I went from watching the trailer and thinking "oh lawd" to watching the movie and thinking "OH LAAWWDD!" The acting is terrible and they preach God till the absolute end. Near the finish line it shows a pretty intense part of this old random lady praying like you've never seen before and THE Cops finally catch the kidnappers, due to her amazing praying skills. Before the black guy gets arrested, wifey that was captured does this little speech saying God forgives him and the police just let this happen? On a scale of 1 to watch.... DONT.

I prefer this movie because it is CLEAN.
We do not need to see the "acts" or have foul language blasted in our ears.
Closing a bedroom door, hotel room door, is enough to elicit what is going on.
And foul language is grotesque & distracting.
Real CREATIVE writers know how to produce real life films that have "excellence", a high moral and ethical standards without all the filler/nonsense.
Adding to my list to share, unapologetically, with my Christian friends/church family.
I teach personal protection/situational awareness and films such as these help with material. Including "Films to Watch".
Thank you. Please create more!!
