This Sicilian story is one of many stories with enduring hardships & struggles starting a new life in America. Great production values most of the performances were good. Overall worth watching especially if you have Italian origins who have migrated abroad.

Beautiful work of art. Definitely recommend. The story unfolds around a mother and her family fighting for a better life. They move to New York, USA in the beginning of 20th century.
