On July 5th 2016, a censor board screener copy of the film was leaked online, 2 weeks prior to the films release. As a result the makers were forced to bring forward the release date from July 22nd to July 15th.
After appearances in Kya Kool Hain Hum 3 and Mastizaade, This film marks actor Ritiesh Deshmukh's third sex comedy of 2016.
Sonali Raut plays a maid in the film called Shiney. This is an obvious dig at actor Shiney Ahuja, who was accused and jailed for the rape of his maid. Although out on bail since 2011, Ahuja did not appreciate the makers using this reference in their film and sent a legal notice to the producers.
The film opened to bad response from critics and audiences.
Film was a big failure at the box office.
