This is actually the second season of the Terrace House franchise after Terrace House: Boys × Girls Next Door in 2012 which is only broadcasted in Japanese Fuji TV.
This series well-known as "Terrace House" only outside Japan because this is the first season of the Terrace House franchise that broadcasted on Netflix.
