Bill Fagerbakke and Tom Kenny in The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run (2020)

Crazy credits

The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run

Edit

Prior to the closing credits, after we see Bikini Bottom one last time in a closing shot, a memorial card of Stephen Hillenburg is displayed with his original design of SpongeBob SquarePants and is accompanied by the last fourth of the show's theme song, which then surges into the original song "Agua".

This is the first film to open with the Paramount Animation logo. The closing Paramount logo is that of the original.

While there are no opening credits, aside from the first few opening titles in white on the black background, the opening main title design dives down underwater with bubbles rising up.

The opening Nickelodeon Movies logo is a slime-powered giant sign that SpongeBob turns on with the Nickelodeon zeppelin logo flying under and away from the sign and SpongeBob singing the Nickelodeon jingle.

The closing credits is in the multicolored font of the show's end credits as the film's art design is shown onscreen. When it's time to show the cast, the actor and actress' name appears alongside favorite character moments from the movie.
