Filming began March 16, 2015 and finishes late May, 2015. The first scened filmed is of Jang-Woo (Joo Won) and Pharmacist Min (Yu Hae-Jin) meeting for the first time.
Actor Joo Won gained weight and learned the Gyeongsang Province dialect to portray his character.
