December 5, 2003 in Voronezh in Lizyukova Street took place solemn opening of the monument to the kitten Vasily.
In mid-2016, Voronezh studio Wizart Animation together with Soyuzmultfilm started shooting the 3D cartoon "Kitten from Lizyukov Street," which will be staged according to the script by V. Zlotnikov and will be the continuation of the original cartoon.
In 1992 VTPO "Kinotsentr" published a children's book on the cartoon "Kitten from the street Lizyukova", the author of the text was the script writer of the cartoon V. M. Zlotnikov, the artist was the production designer Alexey Kotyonochkin.
