The new Netflix series “Xo, Kitty” takes some notes from the “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before” film trilogy, but it also branches out for youngest sister Kitty’s (Anna Cathcart) adventures to Korea. After getting the same scholarship that her mom got to study abroad at the Korean Independent School of Seoul, Kitty jets out to surprise her long-distance boyfriend Dae (Minyeong Choi), who happens to attend Kiss. Things get a bit more complicated when Yuri Han (Gia Kim) dreams up a fake dating scheme to distract her mother from other parts of her life, and she chooses Dae to be her fake boyfriend.
And just like the “To All the Boys” movies, the “Xo, Kitty” soundtrack is great.

Tiffany & Co., New York
Four years in the making, the remodeled iconic Tiffany & Co. flagship at the corner of Fifth Avenue and 57th Street (pictured above) just debuted, christened with a massive celeb-studded party (where Florence Pugh told THR, “My very, very first boyfriend actually got me my first Tiffany necklace, and I’ll never forget it.”) Newly dubbed The Landmark, the redesigned 1940 building features custom artwork, immersive displays and a dedicated high-jewelry space. The extensive 10-floor project took four years to complete and was overseen by architect and designer Peter Marino. On the main floor, what was once an interior of dark wood paneling has been transformed to become a light and bright space, including oversized arched “windows” that are actually video installations depicting the surrounding city. The main floor includes an overhead “Diamond Skylight” installation by artist Hugh Hutton, while the back wall is dominated by a 1982 painting by Jean-Michel Basquiat,...

“You always hope every show you do is a massive revolutionary force that changes people’s lives,” says RuPaul’s Drag Race producer Fenton Bailey, “but so rarely is that the case.” But by any metric, World of Wonder’s long-running reality show — in which ever more outrageous drag queens compete for the approval of its imperious host RuPaul — is exactly that show. Across all of its TV and digital properties, the franchise received 11 Emmy nominations this year, and if the main Drag Race competition show wins six, it will make it the fifth most Emmy-winning TV show in history. And that’s not all: After spawning 14 U.S. seasons since it first appeared in 2009, the show’s format has been exported to the UK, Canada, France, Italy, Spain, Holland, Thailand and the Philippines, with Belgium and Sweden to follow next year.

Tina Knowles is speaking out in defense of Beyoncé after the pop star was criticized for wearing the Tiffany Yellow Diamond. The "Lemonade" singer wore the 128-carat Tiffany Diamond for her and husband Jay-Z's appearance in the luxury brand's new "About Love" campaign. As such, Beyoncé became the fourth woman and the first Black woman to wear the jewel, which was bought by Tiffany & Co. in 1878. Lady Gaga previously wore the priceless necklace to the 2019 Oscars, while Audrey Hepburn wore it to promote Breakfast at Tiffany's in 1961. Additionally, the Jean-Michel Basquiat painting, Equals Pi (1982), was included in the...

Tiffany & Co. has unveiled the first part of its new ad campaign, “About Love,” starring Beyoncé and Jay-Z. It marks the first time the couple has appeared in a campaign together.
A photo released on Monday morning shows Beyoncé wearing the 19th-century 128.54-carat Tiffany Diamond. She is just the fourth person to wear the iconic bauble and the first Black woman to do so. Lady Gaga wore it to the 2019 Oscars and Audrey Hepburn donned the diamond in publicity pics for 1961’s “Breakfast at Tiffany’s.”
Jay-Z wears Jean Schlumberger’s legendary Bird on a Rock brooch, reconstructed as a pair of one-of-a-kind cuff links. The entertainment superstars pose in front of Jean-Michel Basquiat’s 1982 painting “Equals Pi.” Beyoncé also posted additional images on her Instagram with a simple caption reading, “About Love.”

Paris-based outfit Reel Suspects has acquired “The Three,” directed by up-and-coming Armenian-Russian filmmaker Anna Melikyan. “The Three” will have its international premiere at Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival and will be distributed in Russia by Disney in December.
Penned by Melikyan and Evgenia Khripkova, “The Three” revolves around a husband, a wife and another woman.
The cast is headlined by local stars Konstantin Khabenskiy, Viktoriya Isakova, and Yulia Peresild, a young Moscow theater actor. Melikyan produced the film through her banner Magnum film company, along with Natella Krapivina and Artem Vasilyev.
“We are really exited to work on Anna’s most recent work. A subtle romance driven by an amazing cast and signed by a wonderful cinematographic camera work. Festivals and buyers will fall surely under the charm,” said Matteo Lovadina, the CEO of Reel Suspects, who will start selling the film at the American Film Market, which kicks off Monday.
