I was expecting something very typical and LA, but this film really surprised me. I never knew what was going to happen next and I never knew what the characters were going to do, and as a result, NOTHING was predictable about this darkly funny 80 minute film. I could relate and I could not recommend it enough! :)

This is the Hollywood you don't hear about a lot. It's modern, twisted, and edgy. Watch if you want to see something new and refreshing. It's a little dark but in a good way. It's not like anything I've ever seen in a movie but realistic events and emotions that deserve a spotlight. you end up rooting for the characters. Good for watching with friends on a chill night in. Great acting!

Captivating, funny, well acted, and leaves you wanting more. Bill Dawes gives a nuanced performance that makes me hope to see him in more films! I'd highly recommend it to all the indie lovers out there.

Low budget movies with great acting and interesting story lines are my favorite. This movie delivers. Hard to describe without giving too much away but the enigmatic interaction between the two leads (both of whom rocked their parts) had me intrigued from the time they met to the very satisfying ending.

A peek into a funny man's world of mundane. He explores the taboo as he ventures out of his comedic cushion during a serious midlife crisis. Funny and sad tidbits of personal intimacy that has branched into different directions with the age old story of what to do. Clever and endearing, funny and sad. Bill Dawes shows his raw side as Ken, the comedian without a cause. A must see relatable flick!

Bill Dawes never disappoints in his acting! Great storyline, different than usual (but will not write any spoilers). I'd have to say that it is a very intriguing movie. Also, I will be watching more of Bill's material!

Very short review, but if one cannot enjoy this indie film, one should never watch another. It was balanced, without all the "Lucy-You-Gotta-Esplainin'-To-Do" nonsense. Not a classic, but beyond excellent.
