On the drugs on war policy, but otherwise a gruelling presentation of a justice system that doesnt work as it should. they mention murder and rape, but its completely overshadowed by the topics of long sentencing for ''small '' crimes, and the issue of minimum mandatory sentencing, and the last major issue were the anticonspiracy laws were god and you name it can be inarcerated for all or for nothing.
as a foreigner to the system i think it seems and works ridicoulously, and i really am glad there are people out there making justice happen, and as a bystander just a comment to the low numbers of people out of work in usa announced lately, must be due to a boost in incarceration.
its a good documentary, itll give you a wake up call, so its recommended by the grumpy old man
