"La Pura Vida" is an excellent dramatic feature film where director-author Dylan Verrechia and his entire team have us, the audience, enjoy each moment of this black comedy film. This genre is usually complicated to master, and the truly wonderful performances of the entire cast, accompanied by its personable and captivating cinematography, makes the viewer feel for each and everyone of the characters, and at the same time be a part of every scene. The locations are in the city of Tijuana, and in Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California, Mexico, and staging is just brilliant. This is an extraordinary work!
