Unrealistic, overdrawn slapstick with only few good jokes, the rest is low...

I actually liked this one. Plot, gags and slapstick remind me of a typical Otto Waalkes movie of the 80s. Yes, it is trashy and unrealistic, but that is exactly what the film wants to be.
And these are the main ingredients: an antisocial protagonist, corny jokes, alcohol and sex, a few vocal interludes and last but not least the Saxon dialect. If you like movies like Otto - der Film or early Woody Allen comedies, you will probably like this one as well.
I think this film deserves at least a mediocre rating of 6, but since it might feature the last appearance of fabulous Mario Adorf in a cinema movie, I give it a 7.

Olaf is the last descendant of the Schubert dynasty. He has big ideas and doesn't have time to get a girlfriend. Until the day his father says Olaf needs to have children. Olaf Schubert, the last of his family line, has no time for a girlfriend, but dutifully searches for one when his father demands children, The film is fun and enjoyable...
A peculiar film, with peculiar characters, peculiarities that I peculiarly love... Ignoring the fact that the protagonist is completely misogynistic, prejudiced, conservative (in the worst sense of the word), extremely ignorant and rude, the film is fun and enjoyable...
