After releasing Kabaddi Kabaddi had earned 1.3 Nepalese Core ($120,835 as of 2018) in two days. Kabaddi Kabaddi was screened in 16 halls in Kathmandu, Nepal and 35 outside of the valley as told by producer Madhav Wagle, Managing Director of Popcorn Pictures which is the film's distributor.
Poojana Pradhan (Nepalese actress) accused Kabaddi Kabaddi team of harassing her.
