Clayton Trout, who plays Stan's Dad, actually fell from a cliff while rehearsing a fall from a cliff. He wound up having surgery, and nearly died from a puncture wound. After a few weeks to recover, he came back and shot all of his scenes like the trooper he is.

Goofs
While none of the Wererooster hunting party carried anything but mid-sized backpacks, and some appeared to carry no backpack at all, they all had tents set up at minute 32:00.

"There Are No Bears In These Woods!"...

A group of heavily-armed people gather in the deep wilderness, each having lost a loved one to an ignominious demise. Horror most fowl arises, as THE NIGHT OF THE WEREROOSTER begins!

Featuring a gaggle of numbskull characters spewing one featherbrained groaner after another, this movie is a near total cluck-up! Shot for an estimated $600.00, it's main problem is its length, as it could have benefited from losing about 30 minutes of padding. Plus, the non-finale is anything but exciting or satisfying.

Still, all things considered, it's certainly no BIRDEMIC! So, grab a bucket of chicken and your favorite beverage -or ten!-, and prepare to be moderately entertained.
