Dance with Sword

I really love this movie an I have been wanting to watch it for a long long long time please have it available thanks. Also want to add this into my roku television I was wondering if I can use my phone now that I have an galaxy s note 8 another thing I been searching it in Netflix but it keep saying it's unavailable since I already have Netflix on my television I would prefer to watch it on my TV since the discs get scratched up so I would prefer it watching it on TV i have watched a lot of Korean movies on Netflix an i really enjoy watching them mostly i watch series that have lots of episodes in them.
