Dr. Michaels was killed inside his office, but when Jane/Renee arrives the body is laying in the parking lot covered by a sheet.

In the confrontation with Randy on the sidewalk, there are no cars parked on the other side of the street behind the private investigator. When the scene changes, he is getting into his car that was not there seconds earlier. He is still apparently within line of sight as Jane/Renee gets his tag number.

After killing the PI in his car in a rural area, Randy is shown removing the license plate from the car. In the background there are overhead lights and a building that were not present in the earlier scene.

While fleeing Randy/Jack, nurse Mariah undoes the chain on her door. After the camera angle changes, the chain is back in place.

When Renne closes the surgery door, you can briefly see a crewmember pulling down a boom mike and a reflection of two other crewmembers.

California uses e-verify for employment. A person could not be employed by a school unless they had a full name and social security number.

Slamming on brakes and stopping without hitting a fixed object would not result in a person hitting the steering wheel as shown. In addition, his head hit his hand, not the steering wheel.

Jane/Renee sees a body covered by a sheet in the parking lot of Dr. Michaels' office and says it is Dr. Michaels. Due to the sheet covering the entire body, she could not see who it was or even if they were male or female.

Jane/Renee has a fear of being underwater, but takes a bath. She would take a shower instead.

Jane/Renee was too far away to read the license plate of the private investigator's car, as he was parked half a block away and then drove away from her.
