Featured review
It's easy to critique a movie especially one that doesn't have a large budget.
If you didn't put your heart and sweat into it that can be an easy rout.
For What It's Worth the script is done well, the actors did the best of their ability and the black humor and punchlines are genuinely funny. The cyborg and El Cucuy were the best actors, the cyborgs acting was rocky at first but he took on the role and really made it his own later in the story. El Cucuy and the makeup is well done and is a thing of nightmares. The music score is not cheesy and matches the storyline well. Some movies can have cheesy and corny scores this doesn't. There is a depth to the the plot I wasnt expecting and there are a few moments where I was jump scared.
If you like horror and you like somebody who's put their heart and soul into their project then look past the budget and look at the effort. I think this was a solid effort and I enjoyed it immensely.
