Karen tries to start her car and the engine barely turns over. We later see Miranda replace a fuse. The starting problem was a low battery. While a fuse could prevent the engine from starting, it would not impair the cranking speed like a low battery would.
Just before the end credits begin, a title card appears briefly saying "END CREDITS" which was only ever meant to be a temporary prompt for the film editor, not to be actually included in the final film.
When a person is released from jail on bond, their personal property is returned to them, not the person posting the bond. As such, Karen would never have seen the apartment rental application.
A hotel shower rod is not strong enough to hold the weight of an adult female.
When she confronts Miranda about the rental application, Karen says she didn't see Miranda's name on it anywhere. Miranda had listed herself as the emergency contact, which was clearly visible when Karen looked at the paper at the jail.
