In an effort to bring justice to the YouTube community, former police officer Ian Carter takes on the title of "Content Cop". Using his old police uniform and raw wit, Ian sets out to stop the creators that bring nothing but discord to his online city.

Dark-humored, wise-cracking personality iDubbbz brings criticism and mentality to the online hellhole known as "YouTube", through arguing against the content of some especially disgraceful video makers whose themes range from shallow bullying to self-glorification. The fight for good content has begun.

YouTube personality and comedian Ian Carter seeks to dismantle the twisted ideologies of those who exert a detrimental influence on his beloved website.
