One of the best films of recent times. Bollywood has to learn from such films. When it comes to Cinema and Football, Bengal is in the next level. Such lovely film. Hatsoff to the entire team.
Saw the premiere last night in Kolkata... excellent production. Only Victor Banerjee could do justice as Tagore....apt casting... Kudos to the co producer for financing such a niche project....the story moves through two time lines and keeps you engrossed till the end...

The director, unsurprisingly, avoids the filmy tropes of the genre & unlike most other movies, doesn't play the melodramatic & jingoistic tune, instead offers a meditative, nuanced look at Tagore's life.
Watched this film in Goa Film Festival. Thanks to the team for reminding the life of such great person. Would love to watch it over and over. We need more films like these from your team.
I still remember the claps during the Goa film Festival. Not a biopic exactly, but shows the Bond between Tagore and Victoria. It has a brilliant story that is well told with solid pacing and strong character exploration. There were many touching moments, and I remember getting goosebumps at certain parts of the film.
This movie really packs an emotional PUNCH. They really STRUCK gold with casting Victor Banerjee. The story of emotions conveyed fantastically. Victoria's and Tagore's bonding melts your heart.
