In a deleted dream sequence scene, Rob's father is seen spinning Cobb's spinning top totem from the film Inception.
'The (coffee) Machine' from the short film Coffee Hell (in which Vaid has a supporting role), can be briefly seen behind the counter in the coffee shop.
The writer director (James Bryant) and DoP (Peter Panoa), along with a few other crew members, can be seen milling around in the background as pedestrians during the tracking shot involving Guy (Dee Tails) and Rob (Jake W Francis) in the coffee shop sequence.
The film's script originally started as a sort of 'mild commentary' on the privatisation of the NHS (British National Health Service). A small 'Save the NHS' poster can be seen on one of the walls of the office space where Gill works.
Principal photography lasted just 6 days, with the films 2 main set pieces (the bathroom scenes and the office sequences) being shot over the course of 1 day each.
