What would happen if Power Rangers 2017, The Last Ronin and a B-Movie had a baby? You'd get MMPR:The Last Ranger. The first thing you gotta know before even thinking about watching this movie is that, just like the actual Power Rangers movie from that year, it ends on a cliffhanger that has yet to be resolved, so if you're just begging for some more Last Ranger action, then I have some bad news for you. Not that you would beg for more action, as the fight scenes are by far the weakest part of the movie. If you've ever watched a Super Sentai or Kamen Rider stage show, it's about on par with those. The backgrounds are also all completely CG, giving the movie an even bigger B-Movie feel, like something out of the Bulk. If I had to give the movie anything, all the actors at least feel like they're trying, and if this movie was made into like a comic book or something with some rewrites it could go pretty hard, but as it is, it's a pretty whatever movie, there are definitely worse fanfilms, looking at you Spider-Man Lotus.
