Naked Hollywood 7: Never Can Say Goodbye

In TV series, major cast changes are usually done in drastic fashion -killing off a character, etc. For Adam & Eve's "Naked Hollywood" it was done seamlessly and most elegantly, as our heroines tearfully bid adieu to Kim (tall Lauren Montgomery) and quickly welcome the stunning (and audience-pleasing) Asia Carrera into their fold.

In the episode subtitled "Never Can Say Goodbye", Kim is moving to Frisco to take a job as partner at a law firm, an opportunity she can't pass up. Guest star Lola throws her a going-away party and invited Tori (Asia Carrera) to attend. Coincidentally, Tori is relocating from Frisco to L.A.

As Tori gradually gets to know the girls, there's plenty of sex for everyone (except Kim, having already given up the on-screen humping assignments in the previous episode 6). Nina Hartley as Lindsey gets the ball rolling by balling her boss Dale DaBone in a moving limousine, only to be treated rather cavalierly by him afterwards -she keeps needing to learn and re- learn this lesson again.

The group's resident slut Monica (Keri Windsor) goes gonzo, deep throating Pat Myne in a typically strong scene. Lola introduces Asia as Tori to a guy Monica dumped recently, Steven St. Croix, and soon the new gal on the block is demonstrating her sexual prowess with him. Clearly the fans can't complain about substituting Carrera, arguably the number one star back at the turn of the millennium, for beautiful yet less expressive Montgomery.

The great Nicole Moore, one of Girlfriends Films' earliest lesbian superstars, attends the party as DaBone's date (bad news for wistful Hartley) and she gets to hump Dale, whereas Nina only gave him a blow job in the limo segment.

The original four gals give a toast at the party "To being miserable!" and their tears are actually affecting. After kissing actress Lauren Montgomery goodbye, it's on to more sex with Dee as Annie bedding down with hostess Lola and series regular Anthony Crane.

Final sack action pairs Monica and Tori, with Keri's long tongue mighty appealing in cunnilingus action. Episode smoothly finishes with Tori and Lindsey bonding, giving rise to latter's summation for the audience: "When one door closes, another door opens, you just have to keep moving forward". This sentiment reflects not just on Tori's arrival and Kim's departure, but her own personal situation, as old flame Evan Stone has returned to make up with her.
