Chilly Billy tells Paul not to eat after midnight. Gremlins weren't supposed to be fed after midnight. Zach Galligan, who was in 'Gremlins', plays Chilly Billy's cohost Paul.
Chilly Billy announces his radio station, 66.6 FM. FM frequencies range from 88 to 108 megahertz. Anything in the 66 frequency range, would be transmitting on television band, rather than FM. Though, anyone whining about this in a horror film has bigger problems.
Chilly Billy is played by musician Corey Taylor (of Slipknot fame).
Derek Russo's character has a werewolf costume in the movie and also plays a werewolf in Creepshow the TV show
Lenny mentions Chango Chicken. This is an Easter Egg to two 'X-Files' episodes. "Chinga", which was co-written by Stephen King. Lenny talks about fecal matter being found in cereal. The plot of the 'X-Files' episode "Our Town" involved contaminated food, and featured "Chaco Chicken".
