A truly excellent and gripping short superhero film about the choices we make. It features a unique concept regarding superpowers and, moreover, their limitations, and is put together with great visual effects. Understated and far more enjoyable than most of the big budget superhero fare in the cinemas. Highly recommended.
Delivering a fresh take on the "superhero" theme is not necessarily the easiest task (especially in an era where superhero films are flooding out of Hollywood studios at an unprecedented rate), but Moment manages to do just that. This compact film (at just over twenty minutes) is captivating in its originality and its reliance on a solid plot versus an "assault on the senses" type of approach. This is not a superhero film you've already seen and the subtleties present in the action and visual effects is refreshing. An uncluttered film that unfolds at a perfect pace and leaves the viewer wanting more. A moment well spent.
