Meet the tenants of the F apartments. There's Jenny in 2F - she's new to the building (and the city). She moved here with no job, no plan, and (ultimately) no clue. There's Ryan and Chris in 4F - Ryan is a proud new fish father and Chris has suddenly found himself unemployed. And there's Kate in 3F - her boyfriend was supposed to move in tomorrow, but they might no longer be dating. And so begins Season One, as the four neighbors realize life almost never unfolds according to plan and learn to take their fate into their own hands.

Trish just wants to talk, Jenny meets Ryan, and Chris bonds with Leopold.

Jenny and Kate bond over gossip, red wine, and cookies. And of course, the Cute Guy in 4F.

Jenny and Chris share a drink. In the stairwell. At 11am. On a Wednesday.

Jenny hosts a deliciously awkward house warming party. Kate, Ryan, and Chris officially meet.

Kate's got a work event to attend. And, much to her chagrin, she's taking Ryan as her date.

Jenny seeks solace in her continued unemployment, and Chris must lay down some harsh truths about being a millennial in NYC.

Ryan meets Luke, while Kate meets Trish. The pairs talk heartache, and what they've learned post-breakup.

Kate needs to talk through last night's decision, Ryan needs to sneak back into his apartment, and Jenny needs to escape her roommate.

The "F-ers" say farewell to one of their own.

Moment of truth for Jenny, Chris, Ryan, and Kate. Jenny comes clean to her family. Chris looks honestly at his situation. Ryan sees his relationship with Trish clearly. And Kate decides to make a change.
