Season 1 Promo for Lock Stock Culture Shock, an adventure-based reality show where contestants from mainland China are pit against each other in a variety of mental and physical challenges, with the southwest culture of Texas serving as its backdrop.
Ten episodes are already scheduled for the first season, where contestants test their skills and stamina in a series of modern firearms and primitive weapons challenges. As the winning teams enjoy the rewards and the losing teams deal with the punishments handed to them, an entertaining social experiment in culture clashes ensues.
Production began in south Texas in early May of 2017 and the series is slated to premiere in the Spring of 2018. The Chinese production company Black Elk created the show and partnered with Moonsea Media in association with Two Bar Entertainment for development and production.
