Jim Jefferies in The Jim Jefferies Show (2017)

Trivia

The Jim Jefferies Show

Edit
Jim got in hot water after making a joke, telling Kim Jong Un to bomb Reno. Jim's intentions was to plug a stand-up show he'll be doing there and to make a joke in the process since Kim Jong Un was threatening to nuke the United States. The Mayor of Reno (Hillary Schieve) took offense to this and made an official document entitled "Anti-Jim Jefferies" on Saturday, September 9, 2017. It was presented by the Mayor at Jim's stand-up show in Reno.
Jim prefers to not talk about Trump on every episode, but due to the coverage Trump gets, he feels that he has to because he's suppose to be covering the latest headlines.
Jim and his crew originally were prepping jokes that bashed Hillary before the election since she was favorited to win. Jim feels it's easier making fun of Hillary because "she's not funny".
In late 2016, Comedy Central ordered a pilot of the show, which taped December 7th. Comedy Central picked up the show with weekly half-hour series in March 2017.
